These disappointed me a little bit. Looking at the other reviews, it seemed pretty good.
First of all, the weight is off. In other words its much lighter than the original.
Build
Build quality is alright but i found the headphones a little dirty and looked like someone threw it in the box and sealed it shut. The metal part in the back is plastic which is a quick giveaway.
Sound
The sound quality isnt too bad but for a product like this, you would expect much more. Bass is unstable and scratchy in higher volumes.
Conclusion
I do not recommend reselling these. It was very obviously fake and anyone with just a little bit of experience in apple products would identify it. Although, for personal use I would say its alright and likely nobody will see its fake.
